Ticket Notification Management Ticket meldingen beheer
Here you can upload a configuration file to import Ticket Notifications to your system. The file needs to be in .yml format as exported by the Ticket Notification module. Hier kunt u configuratie bestanden uploaden om Ticket meldingen te importeren. Het bestand moet in .yml format zijn zoals geëxporteerd door de Ticket meldingen module.
Here you can choose which events will trigger this notification. An additional ticket filter can be applied below to only send for ticket with certain criteria. Hier kun je kiezen welke events deze notificatie inschakelen. Een extra ticket filter kan worden toegepast om de notificatie alleen te versturen als het ticket voldoet aan bepaalde criteria.
